(TF – 2 round trips only). Surveys showed an average of 1.9 pax/trip boarding and travelling wholly within Gtr Mcr who do not have a direct alternative. Loss of weekday jnys would reduce the service between Marple, Hawk Green and High Lane from hrly M-S to 2 round trips on TF on 303 and an hrly S service. Following discussions between TfGM / Derbyshire CC / councillors, a replacement tendered service M-F ev2hrs Glossop - Stepping Hill (one bus) plus continuing tender S hrly but only to S 30April when S service withdrawn, as the funding for the S is now used over the M-F service. Savings are also being made by making changes to the Su daytime 202 and M-S 341 from 4 April see later.
